How a home move with us actually runs
You send dates, both postcodes, floors, and a rough inventory or photos. We reply with a fixed price that already includes the access you described. On the day the crew load, protect door frames, and place items where you ask at the new address.
Studios through family houses. Packing is optional. Single sofas and part-loads go through man and van when a full crew is overkill.

Studio and one-bed
Access and lift slots usually decide the clock more than volume. One van covers most of these.

The common enquiry. Furniture, white goods and boxes quoted from room count plus what you are taking.
- Full or partial packing

Loft, garage and shed contents need a clear yes or no. Extra crew when the load warrants it.

Sofa, appliance, or a few rooms. Same wrap and insurance approach as a full house, smaller diary slot.

Both addresses
Postcodes, floor numbers, lift or stairs, and how far the van can stop from the door.
Volume
Beds and a short list beat “average three-bed”. Photos of sofas and white goods stop underquotes.
Packing

Date window
Firm date or a range. Month-end and summer Saturdays fill first in London.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can for month-end and summer. Last-minute jobs happen when capacity allows. Send the date and we confirm availability.
Do you move on weekends?
Yes. Say the preferred Saturday or Sunday in the enquiry and we confirm the slot.
What affects the price?
Property size, distance, stairs or lift, parking, volume, and packing. The quote uses the details you send.
Can you move one or two items?
Yes. Use man and van or mark single item in the form.
Do drawers and wardrobes need emptying?
Soft items can often stay. We say when something needs emptying for weight or safety when you enquire.
Can you clear junk at the old place?
