Move the office without stopping the business
Office moves are different from house moves. Staff need to work the next morning. IT needs to come back online. Desks and chairs need to land in the right rooms, not in a pile by the lift.
We label, wrap, transport and set everything up at the new address. Tell us your dates, both locations, headcount or floor plan, and any access rules (loading bays, out-of-hours only, security passes). We quote a fixed price from that.
- Desks, chairs, meeting rooms and breakout furniture
- IT equipment packed and labelled for reconnect
- Filing cabinets, archives and stationery
- Out-of-hours and weekend moves when you need them
- Fully insured crew with goods-in-transit cover
What an office move usually covers
Every workspace is different. These are the pieces we quote for most often.
Workstations and furniture
Desks, chairs, storage units, meeting tables and breakout furniture taken apart where needed, protected in transit, and rebuilt in the new layout.
IT and tech
Monitors, PCs, printers, servers and networking kit packed and labelled so your IT team (or ours, if agreed) can reconnect without hunting for cables.
Archives and filing
Filing cabinets, archive boxes and stationery moved in order. We can stage by department or floor if that helps you stay operational.
Small offices and large floors
A handful of desks or a multi-floor move. Larger jobs get a survey first so the quote and the crew match the real load.
How an office removal works
Four steps from enquiry to your team back at their desks.
Get your quote
Dates, both addresses, roughly how many desks or floors, and access notes. We come back with a fixed price.
Agree the plan
Schedule, floor plan or room list, special items, and whether the move is overnight or weekend.
Moving day
Crew arrives on time, packs and labels as agreed, loads carefully, and transports securely.
Set up
We unload to your layout so staff can walk in and get to work. Old site left tidy if that is part of the job.
Commercial and industrial too
Office removals sit alongside our wider commercial work. Shops, restaurants and hotels we schedule around trading hours. Factories and warehouses get a survey before heavy machinery or plant is lifted.
If your job mixes office floors with a warehouse or shop unit, say so in the enquiry. One quote, one plan.
- Commercial relocations around trading hours
- Industrial jobs with a survey first
- Waste clearance for furniture you are not taking

"Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were efficient, polite and respectful. They went the extra mile to ensure furniture was where we wanted it. We would thoroughly recommend them."
"Just moved with RP. Good price, not the cheapest we found but toward the lower end. Team were very, very helpful in the office prior to moving day. Vlad and the team packed without issue."
"We were screwed over by a different company and reached out to RP removals. They were fabulous. They picked our furniture after we were left in the lurch and were exceptionally professional and courteous."
Office removals: common questions
What businesses ask before they book.
Can you move us overnight or at the weekend?
Yes. Many offices move out of hours so staff are not offline during the week. Mention preferred times when you enquire and we will confirm availability.
Do you pack IT equipment?
Yes. Monitors, PCs and peripherals are packed and labelled. For servers and specialised kit we work with your IT contact on what needs powering down and how it should be staged.
Will desks and chairs be set up at the new site?
That is part of a standard office move. We rebuild workstations to your floor plan or room list so the space is usable when people arrive.
Can you clear furniture we are not keeping?
Yes. As licensed waste carriers we can clear old desks, chairs and junk as part of the same job or as a separate clearance. Add that to the enquiry.
Do you cover long-distance office moves?
Yes. We run routes across the UK, not only local London jobs. Include both addresses and we will quote accordingly.
